Beliefs

The Bible:
We believe the Bible is the written word of God, inspired by Holy Spirit, and without error in the original manuscripts. The Bible is infallible and authoritative in all matters of faith and practice.

Incarnation & Virgin Birth of Jesus Christ:
We believe that Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary (Luke 1:26-38).

Deity of Jesus Christ:
We believe that Jesus is God (Matt. 3:17, John 14:6) and thus He alone has the credentials to offer forgiveness and everlasting life.

Trinity:
We believe in one God (Deut. 6:4), who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Mat. 3:16-17).

Salvation:
We believe salvation is exclusive through Jesus Christ (John 3:16, Gal. 1:9, Eph. 2:8-9). Jesus Christ died in our place for our sins according to the scriptures as a representation and substitutionary sacrifice, and all who believe in Him are purchased and declared justified because of His blood sacrifice.

Resurrection:
We believe in the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ. Following His resurrection, the risen Lord Jesus ascended into heaven (Acts 1:9-11) where He represents believers today as our High Priest and Advocate.

Depravity:
We believe that God created all things and created humanity is His image. Through Adam’s rebellion (Gen. 3), humanity incurred physical and spiritual death. Because of this, human beings are born separated from God with a sinful nature in need of redemption through Jesus Christ who graciously forgives all who asks.

Jesus’ Return:
We believe that Jesus will return to judge all humanity.
